Miss Moon in The Sky

Blue is the color of longing for the distances you never arrive in… in this world we actually live in, distance ceases to be distance and to be blue when we arrive in it.

— Rebecca Solnit

I would love to say
that you
make me
weak in the knees
but
to be quite upfront
and completely
truthful
you
make my body
forget
it has knees
at all.
— Derrick Brown

I don’t dream at night, I dream at day, I dream at all day; I’m dreaming for living.

Spring has sprung…finally…!

It was a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong awaited moment to see all the happy spring smiles in a garden, park or at home. My little Forget-Me-Not is sprouting, Daffodil and Crocus are blooming in a abundant spring sunshine. Japanese Cornelian Cherry is showing the warm yellow color, Okame Cherry has just got started to bloom. and Magnolia is about to get cracked open..!! Yay :D

Another 10-14 days to see my favorite Cherry blossoms in NY. I’ll be patiently waiting for the time to come. I was frustrated about this year’s cold & persistent winter. I often forgot being patient and felt so blue. I hated the prolonged stillness…

Changes will come. Sitting in a stillness is needed to move forward, I believe. Just like a yoga practice, moving from one pose to another. Breathe in and out to the stillness of Asana.

Everything is fine as it is. Everything passes as the right time comes. Everything is gonna be a ok.

I found these quotes in my mail box today :

“Your presence is your power.”
“Stillness is the key to success.”
“The simple intention to surrender control is all you need to experience miracles.”

- Gabrielle Bernstein

Today’s yoga practice was…all about ‘stillness & quietness’. Awesome. The Universe guides me to a blissful life :)))))))

Hope everyone is having an awesome day wherever you are.

Namaste,

Hana

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. - Marianne Williamson

Three Little ThingsThere are three things I do when my life falls apart:
Number one I cry my eyes out
. And dry up my heart.
Not until I do this will my new life start, so that’s the first thing that I do when my life falls apart.
The second thing I do is I close both of my eyes.
And say my thank yous to each and every moment of my life.
I go where I know the love is,
let it fill me up inside.
 Gathering new strength from sorrow,
I’m glad to be alive.
Things are looking up.
I know above the clouds the sun is shining.
 Things are looking up.
I know above the dark the sun is rising on.
 Just three little things.
Three little things.
Well, the third thing that I do, now, when my world caves in, is I pause, I take a breath and bow, and I let the chapter end.
I design my future bright not by where my life has been.
And I try try try try try again.
Yes I try try try try try again.
Things are looking up.
I know beyond the dark the sun is rising.
Things are looking up.
I know above the clouds the sun is shining on.
Things are looking up.
Love is still the answer I’m relying on.
Three little things.

Three Little Things

There are three things I do when my life falls apart:

Number one I cry my eyes out

Not until I do this will my new life start, so that’s the first thing that I do when my life falls apart.

The second thing I do is I close both of my eyes.

let it fill me up inside.
 Gathering new strength from sorrow,
I’m glad to be alive.

 Things are looking up.
I know above the dark the sun is rising on.
 Just three little things.

Three little things.

Well, the third thing that I do, now, when my world caves in, is I pause, I take a breath and bow, and I let the chapter end.

And I try try try try try again.
Yes I try try try try try again.

Things are looking up.
I know beyond the dark the sun is rising.
Things are looking up.
I know above the clouds the sun is shining on.
Things are looking up.
Love is still the answer I’m relying on.
