Miss Moon in The Sky

I would love to say
that you
make me
weak in the knees
but
to be quite upfront
and completely
truthful
you
make my body
forget
it has knees
at all.
— Derrick Brown

Spring has sprung…finally…!

It was a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong awaited moment to see all the happy spring smiles in a garden, park or at home. My little Forget-Me-Not is sprouting, Daffodil and Crocus are blooming in a abundant spring sunshine. Japanese Cornelian Cherry is showing the warm yellow color, Okame Cherry has just got started to bloom. and Magnolia is about to get cracked open..!! Yay :D

Another 10-14 days to see my favorite Cherry blossoms in NY. I’ll be patiently waiting for the time to come. I was frustrated about this year’s cold & persistent winter. I often forgot being patient and felt so blue. I hated the prolonged stillness…

Changes will come. Sitting in a stillness is needed to move forward, I believe. Just like a yoga practice, moving from one pose to another. Breathe in and out to the stillness of Asana.

Everything is fine as it is. Everything passes as the right time comes. Everything is gonna be a ok.

I found these quotes in my mail box today :

“Your presence is your power.”
“Stillness is the key to success.”
“The simple intention to surrender control is all you need to experience miracles.”

- Gabrielle Bernstein

Today’s yoga practice was…all about ‘stillness & quietness’. Awesome. The Universe guides me to a blissful life :)))))))

Hope everyone is having an awesome day wherever you are.

Namaste,

Hana

Listen to your life. See it for the fathomless mystery that it is. In the boredom and pain of it, no less than in the excitement and gladness: Touch, Taste, Smell your way to the holy and hidden heart of it, because in the last analysis all moments are key moments, and life itself is grace.

- Frederick Buechner

And the answer comes: you already are, you always, always were, and you still have time to be.

Then she kissed him until the sky seemed to fade out and all her smiles and tears to vanish in an ecstasy of eternal seconds.
